Brian S Rhee has to be the worst doctor my wife and I have come into contact with. My wife came in with severe abdominal pain and he wrote it off as a covid symptom with no follow up care instructions or prescribed pain medication until she asked for something for the severe pain. We ended up having to go to another ER the next day because the abdominal pain only worsened for her where they took proper care of her and decided upon an ultrasound to determine the cause. I expect doctors to listen to patients and validate their pain and explore all possible treatment options instead of chalking it up to a covid related symptom as this could have been something much more serious. We discovered she has an ovarian cyst rupture.

Sandy the operator in Er has no sympathy shame on you! I was a former worker there and that’s not how they trained us! I was giving info and you have interrupted me several times! I am trying to find my dad bcoz he was taken by paramedics supposedly in fvrh but he was not there i called several hospital and they don’t have a record of my father. I do not have the info of the ambulance since they said they will call ..you however are the rudest person!!!! Get more training and have sympathy/empathy!!!

I didn't have a problem w/the emergency staff. I was taken almost immediatly, swillerd into the imaging machine..few minutes later, Dr. Realmuto took care of me. I realize this is a busy hospital, but I did't find any reason to give it such a low grade. I take into acount the severity of my problem, (very dizzy, ms..anxiety ets)..all in all I was well take care of being my conditiion and the rush of a emergency visit. I still rate them 4 stars. Dr Realmuto was very clear w/his diagnosis and I am back home w/proper meds and rested well, all things concidered.. he and the hospital did an excellent job..all hosptitals can't give a 5 star unless you got in first, saw dr first, nursed first etc..things happen and I was not near death. Im fine now, and was treated fairly! Thats all that counts, really. Everyone did thier job, no real complaints! :)

I've been waiting in the ER with my husband who had high fever after gallbladder surgery since 8 this morning it is now 3:00. Still waiting for a doctor to talk to us regarding his condition. The conversations we have overheard have very personal except for the occasional "has anyone seen the ekg machine?" as they were preparing for a cardiac arrest to come in. I just told 2 male RNs that I was a momma and on behalf of their mommas their conversation about the amount of saline at the 24 hour fitness in Irvine has was not work appropriate nor professional.
