The staff are extremely incompetent and not familiar with basic medical terminology. Also dont expect them to follow through on anything.

This place is a joke. The furniture is torn and old. The staff is rude. They make you wait and never return calls. Dr. Ho is a joke. Also Dr Chen is a joke. Called me at 8 am to yell at me . Never in my life has a Doctor. Called to personally confront me. He lost his cool. The only time I get a quick response. Filing a claim. Your pain management is a scam.

Dr. Desai was very attenitve, concerned, ostensible, compassionate. He new just what I needed for a speedy recovery. The progress I have enjoyed was due too his efforts and the pain medicine he recomended, this is what enabled me too walk again. Im extremely gratefull too him to say the least and would recommend Dr. Deasi you would be luckly to have him as your physician! Thank you soooo much Larry Uzarski

Sorry about the unpleasant phone experience. First of all, emergency belongs to the emergency room. There is nothing we can do over the phone for any emergencies. Patients can also email us for nonurgent communication. We check our emails throughout the day. The best time to reach us is usually early in the morning or later in the afternoon when phone calls are a lot lighter. Thank you.
