The staff is always helpful, they have a great selection of gel polish and all accessories for a manicurist.

Very frustrating and disappointing about their customer service is you can’t exchange gel polish when you bought many of them and you picked it out double colors and next day they couldn’t let you exchange it because my fault that what they said... I never had any problems with other supply stores. No policy on the recipe for return or exchange here... so I want to share my experience with all buyers and I don’t think they are deserving our business.

Love this nails supply store!!! Very friendly and helpful, they have many many brands to choose from and their prices are incredible. A lot of variety of acrylic powders from Glam and glitz $5, mood effects as well $9( beautiful colors) , Gel Nail colors from OPI $12, DND duos $5.50 & $6.50, Gelish, Essie, and so many more. If you own a nail salon or just love to do nails , this place is a must!!! Really recommend.

Excellent customer service. Karen's nail supply has one of the most comprehensive selections of nail supplies. I can see how nail enthusiasts can spend hours and hours in this store. I would definitely recommend anyone to try out this store.
