I am a prescriber and I was calling in a prescription for a patient. I called in as a prescriber on the automated voice. I got put on hold multiple times and got transferred to a phone that never picked up. I called back three times. They said there’s one person ahead of me and continued to put me on hold and transfer to a phone that didn’t pick up. I am about to report this to the state or something . This is unacceptable and extremely unprofessional for an institution like this. This needs be reviewed. Terrible terrible terrible

No prscriptions are filled unless you call many times and I mean by many like 5 or six times sometimes 7 times to be able to get your prescription. They make you go back and forth between them and your doctor. Trasfered from there finaly

I ask for help for looking for makeup for my girlfriend and the store manager told me that he could not help me because he thought I was a doordash driver. He was very rude upon telling me this I had to explain to him that I was shopping for my girlfriend.

A great place shop and get your medicine at and mother things. I been there a lot an so my family too friendly an the staff too. There is no reason people need to steal from a store that don't deserved this an have to closed down because of the thefts. People need to know we can prevent this an keep our favorite stores open.
