I had them come out and put a coating on my garage floor in July. The product seems to be good but because there was rain that day they couldn’t finish the very end of the garage floor and had to come back. When the person came back he texted me to tell me they were on their way. They said they rang the doorbell (ring) but we didn’t hear anything. My Ring app didn’t notify me, my 2 dogs also didn’t bark. They had my phone number but never called and left about 15 minutes later. Since then I connected them several times by email and left messages with multiple people going on about a month trying to get them to come back and finish the job. I can’t believe they are still in business with this level of customer service. I would stay away from doing business with this company.

Had Encore do the flooring in my garage and it looks great! Very happy with the results, it's exactly what I wanted. Five stars because Encore was great with responsiveness and the work. I have no complaints. Attaching a few before and after pics.

We contracted with Encore to coat our garage floor and all of our outside concrete. The first visit they did the garage and although it was beautiful, we decided it was too much for ALL the concrete. They allowed us to adjust our contract and just finish up with the patio. The concrete was all new this year but in making cuts, the concrete contractor made a mistake. Encore made that mistake go away. I'm in love with my new surfaces. I would (and have) recommend them.
