Our sump pump failed today and within five minutes if me calling Lifeline Mike D called me back and rushed over from another job that he had just completed. He assessed the problem, had all the tools necessary to fix the issue and did it quickly. Thanks for the help today

In the last two years, Lifeline resolved all the plumbing issues in my single family home with excellent professionalism and customer service. That is very difficult to say without seeing the problem. You should never receive a price sight unseen. If a plumber is able to tell you how much something costs before they even look at the problem, I wouldn’t trust the price they gave you.
If you think you have a leak in your home, there’s an easy way you can check. Go out to your water meter and record the level. Make sure no one uses any water for a few hours, then go back and check the meter again (it’s easiest to do this when everyone goes to bed, then check it again first thing in the morning). If the level has changed, you probably have a leak.
Yes, our warranties on recommended repairs or installs range from one full year to a lifetime, unless otherwise specified by your technician.
Yes, however, most of our clients choose to have us supply all materials in order to have them all under warranty through Lifeline.
Lifeline started in 2011 by Tyler Diciolla and his wife Jenny Diciolla. Today, it has grown to about 35 employees who are ready and willing to serve you every day of the week.
All of our technicians are employees of Lifeline. They are all certified in the work they do, as well as receive ongoing continuing education.
On service or replacement work, we use a standard price guide that is the same for each technician. Our technicians will use this guide to look up each task to be completed and provide you with a quote before we start any work. We also have the ability to provide you with a custom quote while at your hame.
You can expect a phone call from your technician when he/she is on their way. Upon arrival, your technician will introduce themselves and will be wearing shoe covers and be courteous of your family, pets, and home. We will diagnose the issues that we were called out for and give you options for repairs. Once you approve the repair to be done, we will get to work on solving your plumbing or HVAC issues.
