Needed a new library card. In about 2 minutes they had a new one for me. Very helpful. I had a lot of questions and they answered everyone.

Yes, the Library has books and other materials on the topic of telekinesis. Feel free to give us a call at (847) 428-3661 or stop by our Information Desk to speak with a librarian. You won't have to purchase anything. All our books can be checked out for free with a library card.

Hi Young! Some of Algonquin is in the Fox River Valley Public Library District (us) and some is in the Algonquin Area Library District. You must get your library card at the library to which a portion of your property taxes go. After that, you can use that library card at either (or any, really!) library. Give us a call, and we can look up your address and see which library district you are part of. Our number is (847) 428-3661. Hope to see you soon!
Hi Holly! As Eric correctly answered (thanks Eric!) the libraries in the Fox River Valley Public Library District are the Dundee Library in East Dundee and the Randall Oaks Library in West Dundee. We are also a member of the CCS consortium, and integrated library system of 28 libraries located in the north and northwest suburbs of Chicago. This allows us to easily acquire titles for our patrons that we do not own ourselves.
