For sure one of my top 3 favorite Japanese grills in the states! Especially the wagyu and raw beef. We went from dtla to OC for this for so many times. Remember to get there early, or you will need to wait for more than an hour.

I don't gie 5 stars out but this place is amazing. The food was amazing, the service was on point but the only issue is the typical wait.....and that can be lengthy. The place is small so get there early or be prepared to wait but it is worth.

I've recommended this restaurant to also believes this is one of OC best gems. I have to come here atleast once a week. You must order the beef tongue, spicy cold noodles, yukke (raw beef), and family combo. I prefer tsuruhashi over anjin because of their pricing. The family combo can leave you satisfied at only $40 while at anjin you need to splurge atleast $80 and above to feel content. Keep in mind the family combo is only available on select weekdays. If you are debating on whether or not to eat here, this is your sign to go now.
