I've liked this pharmacy since they opened but lately customer service has went downhill. They are very argumentative and refuse to answer basic questions. If they can't get your medication, they don't contact you to let you know. They just have you wait for a week or more until you call them. Then they have the doctor switch your medication to a more expensive one. I contacted another pharmacy and I was told the medication I normally get is available. But now at summers I am paying more money for a medication I don't want. Overall in the last couple months I have had several issues here and before that I never had any issues. So whatever changed here wasn't for the better.

A VERY AWESOME PHARMACY. The staff is on top of seeing if your refills are current and refilled in a timely manner. Calling or faxing your doctor to get new prescription on medication that has no refills in a timely manner. The atmosphere is very family and friendly. Could not ask for a better atmosphere from the team that Summer's PHARMACY has in Marshall Missouri.
