So apparently now I’m getting threatened by the acting manager Markus. Told a Neighbor of mine to stay away from me, because and I quote “He doesn’t want him caught up in what he has in store for me!” Hmmm who hired this kid and left him in charge. He tried to give a 3 year old a lease violation.. And he picks and choses who pays dog deposits. He tried charging me a dog deposit for a dogs that obviously aren’t mine.. We need him out and Rebecca back now!

They're 3 bedroom apts here and no you only have to pay light and water

Rent and utilities ie water, sewer, etc. You have to get your own electricity.
Not sure because they switch managment every 3 months. I dont recommend these apartments to anyone and I live there. I'm trying to move out ASAP.
Report this to the office if they do not comply inform the city. That sounds like a horrible electrical problem that can turn into something worse.
