Ex-new patient. Couldnt get anyone to even speak to me to schedule an appointment. Failed to return my call for an entire week after leaving two messages with the emergency receptionists. Unexplainably was closed both Monday and Tuesday, then didnt call me Wed-Fri. Finally get a hold of them Monday morning to be sharply told "were not accepting new patients for about a week now". WHAT a coincidence. I understand the medical field is high pressure right now, but this receptionist was not very patient-friendly, gave me no options and didnt explain at all why my call was never returned. I could have been getting treatment a week ago. At least put a message on your voicemail saying youre not accepting new patients. Guess its back to the PCP lottery for me.

After relocating to Palm Beach Gardens from Aspen five years ago, I was faced with having to find a primary care physician here. He is very personable, conscientious, an excellent diagnostician, and refers you to the best specialists he deems necessary to collaboratively assist in diagnosing and resolving your condition.
