Tough to get them on the phone or to call you back. Tough to be taken seriously as a younger patient when he is used to seeing much older patients in very poor health. All I hear is how healthy I am from him. But I had to order my own scan when I trusted my own gut and turns out I need surgery.

Can not even get Dr. Mark to call my mother back after being told she has cancer from a colonoscopy that he ordered. The office staff was so rude and told me “My mother is not the only person with cancer.” Amazing lack of empathy and follow up!!
