I have lived here for 2 yrs now, and the new management that arrived right around when I did, is fantastic. Maria is very quick to respond and address any concerns or issues, as well as interacting positively with the tenants. The maintenance men are on it too. Bob and Gary really take care of the people and the property. They are very prompt about repairing any issues that occur. They are always available on short notice, if you don't see them out walking around they are able to be contacted quickly at the number provided to the residence. This is a great team that have done amazing work keeping things together at this property. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone I know and don't know just because of the staff alone. The price is comfortable and the professionalism is outstanding!! A huge thanks and appreciation to Team Sierra Springs 2019 and beyond!!!!

Staff always tries their best to have the property looking good. i have lived here for many years and management is always professional and nice. Review below Mr.Montgomery; ur apt was close to mine and why dont you speak about the many times ur daughter called the police on u becuz u were causing problems we all saw how shady u were with ur poor daughter.
