If you are walking in and you have color skin they literally ignore you, I was standing there for 20 mins while they walk from one room to an other, doing nothing and they see me is like they are bothered that I was there. The only reason I spoke to someone is because an older gentleman walk in. So if your skiing color is not white they won’t help you!!

Got this little guy last Thursday. He fit in the family within one day. We’d like the staff, they gave us plenty of time to bond before we adopted him. He’s a sweetheart who loves us and the other two cats. They have taken to him also

Well there is a big responsibility to owning a pet and controlling and cleaning up after your animal , so if that did not happen with pet owner absolutely call someone and ask ..but i would ask pet owner to please be responsible
Nevada Humane Society is a charitable, non-profit organization and the only open-admission, no-kill shelter in the state of Nevada, founded in 1932. If you are looking too surrender you must call prior to make an appointment as space is sometimes limited.
Im a senior so use senior svcs. Gratefully haven't needed vet. Please contact Shakespeare animal assistance. I don't have number. They donate partial $ for vet care think 50$
You would have to call to find out
https://nevadahumanesociety.org/animal-admissions/
exotics come in every once in awhile. become a benefactor, be patient
You have to be 10 or older to be a volunteer
That's a fairly general question. If there is a specific dog you're asking about it's always better to call them and ask.
You can see which dogs are available on their website. www.nevadahumanesociety.org
Im not an employee. If feral kittens come in too young with distemper or feline awful, they die a horrible death with or without treatment. Hastening horrific is HUMANE
The clinic in carson city is not open for shots, sprays or neuters right now. They are referring customers to the Nevada humane society in reno nv
No they currently are not offering that service to the public.
There are boarding places in this area. You can just Google Pet boarding, and it should give you info. There also used to be people who would foster animals, if you can't find help anywhere else, that may be an option.
I would call them and ask. They're super nice people. They may have you call the Reno office...but not positive about that.
You can schedule appointments online at their website
Not sure about them but I do know that fish and the dream center of Nevada is the best place. Great people.
Fill out paperwork and bring a leash
Yes. They have a clinic. The price list is on their site
Call the local humane society.
Buy head phones. It's not the dogs fault, they have no homes. If you don't like the barking, very simple MOVE!!!!
You would need to call them for their fees. They also may have a promotion.
8-12weeks depending on the size of the puppy. Just be very cautious of exposing your puppy to any other dogs outside your home before all vaccines have been given.
Call them directly. They may not read posts here right away.
If the canines are in your possession then they must be registered. If it is outside of Carson county then you must still comply with your counties NRS codes. Lyon county requires registration as well as the majority of counties in Nevada. If you're curious then call the Nevada Humane Society and they will be able to assist you further.
I think you can do it there at the pound.
What do you want done with him? The Humane Society can guide you with your decision. If you are recommended to a vet Quail Ridge Animal Hospital.
Have you talked to management about it? You can always call animal control to get advice or file a complaint.
My vet said the doggy flu shot is a waste of money. I dont believe they do free shots...a great vet is Quail Ridge off of Mica...they do alot of low cost clinics.
Thank you called and have an appointment!
No the shelter will not be opening today unfortunately due to weather conditions.
