I have witnessed animal cruelty today. Two husky dog's male and female tide up together around one pole in the ground. No water, no food, crying all day. How do I get them help? They are located in Carson City.

Call the local humane society.

Take the dogs!!! Then you can get the Humane Society to help them get homes. Or you can tell me where they are and I will go rescue them???? 😍😍😍😍Nobody wants to HELP dogs anymore???? These dogs have their lives to lose???? Animal cruelty is hardly ever stopped by our Humane Society!!!!! I agree with everyone else.

In the morning call the carson city humane society. Give them an address and what you have seen. They will dispatch an animal control officer to go to said address. The officer will then assess if there is need to open a case or not.
