I live in an apartment complex thati'm my opinion is not big enough for large animals. I'm now convinced even more so that this is a valid theory. I have two neighbors that have dogs that bark and howl literally all day. What can I do?

Have you talked to management about it? You can always call animal control to get advice or file a complaint.

And here it is 3 weeks later and the dog is still barking. Hasn't stopped barking. I'm past going insane now. I'm feeling like a zombie because I can't sleep thru the constant barking
