Called to see a doctor,, I could not call to the front desk, got someone in.Texas, than Illinois. When I got there, didn't see a doctor but an RN, there was no doctor there. She could not write a RX for me saying because I.was a new patient. Stay away from corporate offices throughout the USA like this.

I have issues reaching them Over the phone, I need of a Radiology referral and been long time waiting for approval and not happening.

I had a pretty bad experience with Dr. Rothman both in her capacity as a clinician and an administrator for One Medical Group. She supervises other physicians in the group and as a patient who has had to work with Dr. Rothman, the quality of care is poor.
