Growing displeasure with the management after new ownership since February of 2022. The lack of compassion, consideration, empathy and responsiveness is a disheartening change in attitude and management. The proposed 8.8% likely now annual increase and potentially hundreds of dollars of additional fees, not called rent, adds to dissatisfaction, and frustration. Knowing that an unvestment group now owns the complex, and is driven by profits, I am not optimistic about the future, and would not recommend living here to others. GJ

Outstanding response time to tenant requests. Excellent maintenance to bldgs and grounds. A 5-star property. Love the 3 pools.
