This medical group is more concerned with making money then they are for their patients. It is almost impossible to get through the automated phone system to talk to someone and when you leave messages, usually they are not returned by anyone. The requested I get a heart monitor installed (Looped) next to my heart to look for Afib--but when I went in to see how what the results were after 5 weeks, I was told they saw nothing. 2 weeks later the manufacturer called to tell me that it had not been monitoring since they put it in. No one at this center had checked at all--and then they lied to me. After that, they charge you and your insurance for monitoring cost of the device--every month, until you give back the equipment or have another procedure to have the loop removed--years of income for them. One time I got a call back that they saw something--but I could not get anyone to call me back. I recommend you find any other place than this one!!!
