Training is horrible and the leads don't know most of the night what they are doing. Stacy is it lead in swing is a good person but not a good leader. They trash religious beliefs all night long. No room for growth here. Temps get paid $22.50 and when hired you start at $15.

Don't work with these guys. They have serious issues with training. They don't train properly and when you mess up it's a big deal. They are NOT understanding of your situation and just expect their workers to arrive on time every day regardless of traffic, weather or sickness. They hire nothing but temps and even when they have done an awesome job they kick them out the door. Stay away and use your skills somewhere else.

The HR people who work here are really good - I'd call the main Springville number and ask to speak with them. It's probably just a formatting thing but it can't hurt to make sure & giving them your name is good way to get it remembered.
They have several kinds of jobs. Most numerous types of jobs are Machinest or various types of engineering jobs such as mechanical or applications engineer. They do seem to hire frequently but its often the same types of jobs such as precision assembler Most jobs there are highly skilled.
