I lived here two year because the rent was very cheap and Covid had just hit and I needed a place to live. This was the worst 2 years of my life the management is lazy and unhelpful pipes bust what seems like monthly I had black mold in my vents and they never cleaned it and I was not allowed to hire someone to clean them. I bought a new vehicle while living here and they never allowed me to register it so every night I had to park in visitor parking. All and all am awful place to live and horrible treatment.

Living on the first floor will almost guarantee that you have roaches, parking is also not that good, I've been here for 7 months and have seen 2 people get killed in the Aspen apartments across the street, LOTS of gunshots over there. Elizabeth is the sweetest, and maintenance is generally on time to fix issues. Overall my stay here was good but the roaches are bad, not gonna lie.

Its horrible here, fighting outside the parking lot mostly every weekend. cant even have visitors during the day because they will tow the car. I would look somewhere else because here sucks...
So i asked at the leasing office and they said they dont offer Second Chance leasing. Hope i helped in answering the question

No but around the office I believe there is a sign that states where they're taken. If not, the staff inside certainly have the info.
