Zero stars. No American reps or any live person. They do not have a phone number in Florida. They will try to deliver a signature required packed 10 times ignore all your notes. The customer care is useless. Impossible to get a real people on the phone. I will never deal with fed ex again. Completely unhappy with the ignorance. I left a note also. Every day they come again before 5pm. Advice: to hire people from the USA to answer the phones. Provide a local phone number.

This is my favorite shipping location. Amanda, Missy, & Brie are the absolute best part about the experience! They are all so helpful, knowledgeable, and kind! It’s a joy going there every time. I hope the company takes good care of these employees- they are so lucky to have them, they take such great care of the company and the customers.. They are the best in town!

We use this location for all our shipping need. I will say the young lady that works the front desk is a ray of sunshine! She is most helpful and always has a smile and a kind word. She exemplifies what customer service is! If you need to ship something go see them.
