What is it with these folks. 3rd time I have had a package delivered to the top of my garbage can sitting in front of my garage rather than to the COVERED porch near my door. Really?? Walk 4 more feet and deliver properly! I remember FedEx being used as a premium example back in the late 1980s during a TQM 3 day training from my company (Total Quality Management).... I think they have forgotten their own lessons! Called n complained each time... Lazy? Not sure the issue, but not encouraging me to use their service for my own delivery!!
