Reserved a 10-ft truck online. When I went out to check the truck, the check engine light was on. I went inside to get another truck but was told they didn't have any other trucks despite having a full peg of trucks. I can't believe they rent defective or faulty equipment.

I will NEVER be back. I was charged twice when it should’ve been ONCE. they lied and scammed me saying i didn’t fill the tank back up when i literally have a receipt from when i filled that uhaul up before i returned it. so in all, i paid $70 JUST to get my bed from my parents to mine which is not even a whole 30 minutes. so when i called about it , she made it seem like it was a issue like i didn’t know what i was talking about when all i was asking for was my $30 back that they STOLE for lying.

July 3 @ 4:45pm I needed propane for my cookout, the female working there told me that they were to busy with rental because they decided to close the propane at 4:30pm, she didn't care!
