I am! Just let me know what we have to do. We painted and thoroughly cleaned minus some toys in the basement and they charged $1,999 for clean up and a lot of miscellaneous fees totaling almost $3,000 and threaten me to NEVER get another rental apartment any where unless I pay them. Went to the BBB it was a joke. Tried to call them they hang up. I’m down to sue seeing all the similar complaints on the BBB website.

Worse place to ever rent from!!!! They take advantage and over charge the price they advertise will continue to go up as you stay there, random rent increases...

They buy up everything and than make it hard to rent especially if you have a voucher
Good morning I'm currently renting from them. My experience have been that the person who shows the house is the issue. They are not making necessary changes or updates to the property prior to move in. But i will i dont have any issues with repaits they come out quickly. Hopefully i want experience what you all have reported but thanks for the information it will be helpful moving forward.
I'm actively suing them in Georgia. I also recommend filing a code enforcement complaint against them in your city/county and aggressively follow up on it.
