Call center has trained staffs to assist customers. If it is necessary, call will be forwarded to appropriate office or personnel. Whereas, your local post office does not have staffs to answer call.

Hughs Postal Service carrier literally used the id scanner to scan my daughter's mail box and the package to make it look like it had arrived but when asked the gps said it was, it got delivered to the wrong address and not one person did anything about it. Not the carrier, not the post office and not the address that unexpectedly got a lovely gift box. Really shameful how this post office operates!!

The local post office isn't opened to the public on Sundays. I know that they do have employees working but they only do specail deliveries. Like for instances, you ordered something online and it is guaranteed to be delivered on a Sunday etc!!!!

Each postal carrier has a route,be so it depends if you are at the beginning or end of the route

Try to go to the website or to the store directly to ask questions the telephone system is very frustrating. Agreed, service is poor, there was a time when each post office actually answered the phone, and before then there was actually delivery twice a day!

They bungle two packages of mine, so I would not hold my breath if I were you. Consider it a loss avoid the post as much as you can
