I had to send a package for the first time of my life and I asked the women if she could help me? Well the nerve of her she made me do everything myself? I just needed tape and she had me buy a roll of tape there??? Back in the day men were working there and they did everything for you...Now your on your own? And she was Rude on top of that...

April 8, 2022, 11:30am. The lady behind the counter was extremely rude.

This is the worst experience I have ever had at a post office. No sense of urgency, employees talking to each other while we wait in a growing line. Stay away!

Have the actual employees receive a phone call it’s crazy how much USPS wastes their customers’ time and customers still cannot get an answer to a quick question.

Not sure but it's normal branch service from 10-2 only. They have an inside mail drop and fortified drop-box out front
Because they only so many people at the counter that they take care of in person customer 1st & they want people to go on to get basic info. You can report that USPS office & location to the usps postal master, going on line they have info on how to & whom to contact.
Hi, Sadly this non-maintained small P.O. currently has no kiosk for purchasing postal items. This location just recently installed keyed lockers for mail holds! Go to the P.O. location on Minnewawa or Nees that have automated postal service self service kiosks. Good luck!
What's the area is your route
It's always a good idea to fill out, pay $1.20 for, and keep a Certificate of Mailing when you send any valuable document thru the USPS. The Tulare P.O. is widely known to have lost (stolen?) mail both coming into and leaving from the Tulare facility. For packages, you can track the package at USPS.com using the tracking number on the receipt USPS gave you when you dropped it off or check with the receiver/company of the package to see if they received it. The best way to be sure the package was received is to send it Certified Mail. return receipt requested. You fill out and get a postcard in the mail knowing it was received.
