I've had 3 packages assumingly go missing after dropping them off or shipping them here, & then when I call it to report it in, the staff just blows me off because they're afraid to contact their regional manager, who I've had to call & talk to before. The staff never scans my packages as dropped-off, & then they claim their pickup crew came already. My packages were never scanned, or it says that they were dropped-off, though never scanned at their processing center here in Fresno, which is the one on McKinley. Their manager is rude & off-putish. Their staff doesn't know anything half of the time, & honestly, I'm done going here. I'm reporting this UPS location, & I know others have had similar suspicious reports after reading the reviews online. They say their system has whatever on file, yet when I go on the UPS website, I'm SOL. UPS customer service reps are always telling me to go online & use the app, yet it's useless when you can't track something because it tells you the tracking number doesn't exist. This is the 3rd time something like this has happened to me within a few months, & this time with such a high valuable package.... No way I'm not reporting them for it! YOU GUYS ARE DEFINITELY SWIPPING PEOPLE'S PACKAGES, OR YOUR DRIVERS ARE! I'm reporting this UPS location to the Fresno Police Department!

working out of town so not sure if would ve able to arrive in time to pick up a package in time before the holiday, I was going to see if someone else could pick up a package. I called in, did my best to explain the situation, the lady said she would put me in a "brief hold" to find out I could send someone to pick up my package. That brief hold turned into 20 minutes of silence. I tried calling back several times only to get punted directly to the voicemail system with no ring, kind of like the phones were turned off or my number had been blocked. I just wanted my package, yet I get treated like garbage....

Tiana was amazing! She was so helpful, even though the package needed to be sent via FedEx. She set us up and helped us with the labeling and even finding the nearest store.

Horrible service! Manager wouldn't receive boxes from any other carrier than UPS. Most UPS stores act as a receiver and just charge $5-10 to pick it up. I even called ahead to see if this location accepted boxes and I could pay the fee to pick up. I went and was spoken to sooooo rudely that I will NEVER step foot in this location again! I only wanted to send food deliver to a store with AC so it wouldn't go bad on my front porch while I was at work. Ultimately it interrupted my other deliveries and interrupted my nutrition program. Would not recommend this location EVER!

I don't think you can do it for free but they can do it there. However I do believe they moved across the way.
