Terrible place, employees are rude and they close early everyday! They are not helpful and are in a hurry to get out of there. Even the owner is very rude

The employees that work here are rude, and will hang up on you. I was calling to see if an important letter arrived and who answered was a female who asked my name and po box number, but then a guy gets on the phone and asks what did i need..... I asked if i got any mail he quickly gets back and says no. I said is that.... and he hung up on me. I didnt even get to finish my question. I am a paying customer who has no way of being notified when mail is received so I have to call. Rude and after my year is up i will not be doing business with them in the future.

Yes and yes, they do have free boxes there but the amount isn't as abundant as the main USPS stores.
