Not enough pay for what they are asking for their drivers to do. Typical company, charging top dollar for their services but paying minimum wage to their workers.

I’m consistently late getting to school because the drivers never get to my house on time to pick me up. I typically have to wait 20-30 minutes past my pickup time for them to get me. Update: this morning I waited 41 minutes past my pickup time and my driver didn’t even seem to care. This is my second day in a row being late to school. I’m not happy with the company.

Assisted Transportation we assist students who has disabilities.
It requires a DOT physical, only unless you are a diabetic, then you have to be certified. You're a doctor well I have to fill out paperwork to approve that certification.
