The Parole officer may or may not be able to answer. If he missed some meetings with the P.O. then he may be on the lamb.

Rusty Ruth is on parole. He will not work a job that pays taxes due do he knows he will have to pay child support. He had over $10,000.00 on him when went to jail.he has never paid a penny for his dtr.

No matter what he can avoid child support working a tax paying job or not if he don't pay at all the courts will put him in jail again. Parole wont. I done what he's doing
