Nicole, the Hudson store Manager, was very helpful replacing my old Verizon phone with a brand new, Cricket 5G phone! She was patient, downloaded all my info off the old onto the new, answered my questions, and showed me a few things I didn't know! I'm glad we switched to Cricket!

All Cricket plans are month-to-month with no contract.
Come to think of it that's how I'd gotten my phone. And when there was a problem the phone was replaced. A great company and I recommend it over any other!!
