Had an incident at work where my phone screen was badly cracked. This store was nearby and had great reviews and when I called in to ask about their services were super kind and compassionate and confident they could fix my issue in a timely manner. Once I showed up to the store a few hours later, I was quickly assisted and the phone was fixed in under 20 minutes and their work was impeccable! Can't recommend this store and their employees enough!

My wife's cel phone was acting up . We took a ride to the Verizon store . On Utopia Boulevard. The guys in the store spent about 45 minutes with her phone . Fixed the problem. And showed her what to do . If it happens again . She was Very Happy !! And Very Happy with the guys in the store 🤗🤗🤗 .
