I wish we had read the reviews before ordering so we could have gone some place else. Flies, dirty windows, sticky table, poorly maintained rest room. Who serves ice cream with a fork? The only thing I can praise / the ice water was nice.

Our family was in town this week for a 50th wedding anniversary. I had called early in the day to make a reservation for 10. We arrived and unfortunately there was a miscommunication and their staff were not aware of our reservation. Nevertheless, they were kind enough to accommodate our party. When we were there, we noticed that there were only two people working- possibly the cook and the server. A HUGE shout out to the staff who showed up that day and kept a smile on their faces and made their customers feel welcome, despite their shortage of help. That cannot be easy. In this day and age where supplies are hard to come by and restaurants are short staffed- does it do any of us any good to write awful, self-entitled reviews of a business just trying to keep their doors open? Do us all a favor- if you have nothing constructive or positive to say… just stay at home and make your own meals to your liking. My family and I enjoyed our dinner- the food was very good and we would definitely return if in town again. Thank you to the server who seated us, took our drink orders, food orders, dessert orders… all with patience and a smile. You are appreciated.

As locals we want to support area restaurants, but the Depot is out of chances. The service is good but the quality and presentation of the food continues to disappoint. They seem to always be out of staple menu items, or using stretching thin food supplies by serving stale or less than fresh items.

This place will make you come back again and again. Excellent food very friendly atmosphere. I'll definitely make this place one of my favorite.
