After a long trip over the mountain I pulled in to Les Schwab tires sisters. My tire light came on halfway through my trip and I just wanted to check my tire pressure. They told me to pull it into Bay three and there I waited while four or five employees looked no one would come over to help. Just a simple tire pressure check. Don't stop here if you've been traveling all day and need assistance. Go straight to bend or Redmond.

I just want to give a shout out to Les Swab in Sisters Oregon. My hubby and I were on vacation and were out sight seeing when all of a sudden our brakes weren't working as well as they should have. Thank God we didn't have our travel trailer hooked up, or that would have been a mess! Our Angel was with us that day! Only, at that point I finally had cell service and found Les Swab 5 minutes away and not only that, they were at the end of the road we were on!!!! Crazy...right?! This all happened about 12:30-1:00PM, they found the issue and had our truck done by closing time. I was so happy with their service and how fast they got things done for us! I apologize for not knowing their names, but whoever was working that Saturday, July 17th, YOU ARE OUR HEROES!! Thank you Les Swab

Great place and great service. While vacationing we began hearing a chugging noise from under the car. We found this Les Schwab and pulled in. They were so kind and took care of us right away. It turns out that there was a rock stuck in the brake. They removed it free of charge. Also, a man (I believe the manager), answered my question about traction devices while we were waiting. We had a lengthy discussion and I felt very well educated afterwards. I would recommend this Les Schwab to anyone.

Yes they do!
They probably would install your chains if there was enough snow on the roadway. Running chains for an extended period, especially on roads with little snow could cause the chains to fail damaging the wheel wells, or worse! I would tend to agree with Mr. Dundon.
Should be at the back entrance or side entrance i believe. Unless they moved it.
