So, I read the reviews that said Ponderosa H & C is a good firm to work with. I have to admit I was a little skeptical, but I contacted them anyway. I am here to tell you they live up to their reputation. From the first contact, to the scheduling to the actual visit, everyone I contacted was helpful, thorough and professional. They are a busy company, but I was lucky that they were able to come out the same day to look at our non-functioning A/C unit. My review is with full knowledge that our A/C unit will have to be replaced at a cost of thousands. Of course, that is no fault of Ponderosa H & C. However, I am glad they will be helping us through this process and I have full confidence in their service. Try them, you will not be disappointed!

I contacted Ponderosa Heating & Cooling recently because I wanted annual inspections of my furnace and A/C. They have very high customer ratings and serve the Redmond area. Also, they are a “family business” and I like to hire that type of business because I grew up in a family business. They returned my calls quickly, and we discussed my needs. I decided to hire a plumber for some other jobs. They sent well experienced Journeymen to provide their services. Everyone I dealt with, including those at the office, had excellent communication and customer satisfaction skills. They were experts in their fields, very knowledgeable, and performed at a high level. They explained everything they did In language I could understand. I purchased an annual HVAC contract with them at a very reasonable cost. They will be quickly available for any emergency I might have. I look forward to working with them on other projects, and they seem like people I can trust. This is just what I need to keep my house in excellent condition.

We live in Central Oregon and finding a dependable company for any trade is difficult. Cody came out to scope the job and we were hoping to have him install all the needed hardware to get our hot tub up and running that same day. Cody made a call to the owner, on a Saturday, to drop off the only part not carried in his van and making a long story short, got the job done. Cody’s work was clean and tight as I helped him as best as I could to squeeze this significant job into one snow/sleet filled day, 5/8. Cody had a great attitude and I enjoyed chatting with him through the day. Absolutely would refer Ponderosa and Cody to anyone having an electrical need.

Nick's service was excellent. His communication skills were excellent. He was "on time" and expressed concern for all of our issues. The repairs were done quicker than I expected and at a reasonable cost. The entire system--heat pump and furnace-- are now working perfectly. I would recommend Nick, as well as Ponderosa, to anyone who needs heating and cooling service.
