It's best if you can stop by there and speak with them. Chances are if there are parts and videos for your phone repair online, they can probably fix it. In my case I provided the new screen for my Nexus 6p and they charged me for labor
Yes they can fix but they may have to order part Plus labor ? Give them 10 days to fix
They wont because they have horrible customer service
