The worse store to be at. They have no clue how to handle one or more lines in the account. You go this store is worse than DMV. Carina at the desk not just doesn’t have an idea what she is doing but her attitude it’s like you out a gun on her head to be there. Added a line to my account they end up putting the remaining balance on the wrong phone number and you tell them they did it at the store and they will say ok call customer service and they put you on the line to wait for like an hour for something they messed it up. You call customer service for an upgrade they tell you go to store but when you go to store they tell you call customer service. I recommend to stay away from this store all together.
