Would actively avoid visiting this location for support unless the manager is working - as there are the only a few helpful employees. I live within a couple blocks, but visit another location anytime I need help. Have been with Sprint/T-Mobile since 1999, but it's been quite difficult with this location for any question I've asked - from device upgrades to adding a new line. A few employee's are helpful; but most will ignore you unless you ask for help, when you're being assisted they will try to rush you out or tell you to call the help center online for things that can also be done in the store.

For some reason my UK phone would not find a network in NYC. I called into a T- Mobile store and got a local US SIM card which sorted out my problem. The sales assistant was knowledgeable, friendly and professional. Well done this was excellent customer service.
