Hands down this is the ONLY place to go if you have any issues with your T-Mobile or Sprint phones. John is the repair center manager and he and his team will go the extra mile to fix any problems you have with your phone. I tried to call the 800 number multiple times and the first level technicians are woefully ignorant, basically reading scripts. I knew more about my phone than they did. So I went to the Flatiron location and John spend a good hour with me and cleared up FOUR issues I had, two on my phone and two on the my wife's phone. This is the second time that John has gone out of his way to leave me a happy, satisfied customer. He is incredibly knowledgeable and if he needs to do more research, he googles the problem and comes up with the solution. Kudos to the repair staff at T-Mobile on 23rd Street!

You can also get it fix at any cell phone store,its your choice,it may take 1 hour to fix. For me to get a new battery change it took one hour.
