I was approved for past due utilities back on July 19th and AM STILL WAITING ALMOST 3 MONTHS LATER? I have sent numerus E-mails and Voice mails to my assigned worker Natalie Ramirez and still no response. I have called the numbers listed on the website and never get anything but a voice recording. All I want is for someone to follow up with me, and pay my electric bill that was approved for payment back in July. After so many failed attempts to contact ANYONE at Lift to Rise Iam frustrated and cannot understand why something like this could fall through the cracks??? I would appreciate any efforts to resolve on your behalf as I have done everything asked of me!!

They are very prejudice people I did everything they say for and still got denial and all my friends too they are big lier people then don't help anyone they act like that there money

I was denied with reason for documents not verified. I_ sent a message to the coordinator which document that was unverified. She never responded so I_ just appealed and got denied for the same reason. This is BS that there was no specific reason for the denia; so i am going to the upper courts. My income makes me eli-gible for the rental assistance program.
