Gotta be honest here. Overcharged, misled and ignored.doubled my bill. Charged me for months for a device I did not have and ignored my requests for help. It's a sales game. I almost canceled my account after 20 years today. Simple fact don't listen to the sales guy. Do your own homework and come prepared for a used car experience.I found an honest guy Today thankgoodness,thanks shah.. bill started at 300..went to 700 and now back at180.. what a game....

I asked a worker for something and he said they dont sell it but I can use it in the store, so then he just gave me the thing for free without me even asking. He was also so nice.
