UPS didn't bother delivering my item. The customer service number doesn't allow you to speak to a human. They left and arbitrary "sorry we missed you" slip of paper with no info on it. I've been home all day. My neighbor found the slip of paper on my walkway. The item was a $1,500 gift for my husband. And, I can't get help finding it.

Not only did they deliver my package to the wrong address but the wrong city. Then they told me to file a claim that would take 1-8 business days to correct. I said nope, go to the address get my package and deliver it today. Nope. They gave me the run around about how they tried to reach me by email for my phone number but I didn't respond. Then they said they tried to CALL me and it said my voicemail was full. Both are lies. I checked my spam and I do not have a call blocker on my phone. So now they will "try" to retrieve my package (by the way they were working on this since yesterday) and then I can drive the hour to pick it up. This is poor customer service if I ever heard of it. Do better UPS. Oh and I paid rush shipping so that's nice.

Online it says "attempted " to deliver package, I was home at the time of supposed delivery and no one came to my door. I called customer service to see why it wasn't delivered and I told them there was no attempt but they just skipped over that detail and told me they'll deliver it the next day. Look if there was a delay just say so, don't put the blame on me and say you tried when you didn't. Just ridiculous and completely unprofessional.

Because UPS is f'd up. They have been messing with my package for well over a week and the delivery date has changed 3 times. UPS stands for Un-Professional Service. I will NEVER use UPS again.!!!!!!!
I would call UPS or if the apartment number Is one of your neighbors are close to you talk to them. But I believe UPS should be able to handle That
They are not open on Saturdays.
I've already called them 6 times since Tuesday.

Down load app they only will comunicate with you this way but service is bad they havent resovled my issue eatier
If you have a UPS account you can go in and change where it is delivered to, to one of those locations.

I know I have to pick up onsite due to package being valued over 1k dollars and me being at work every dropoff. So all I know is yeah you can if package is of high value and no one is home to sign for it.
I been doin it wasted my entire week calling ups d shipper etc even got resend package still nothing is showing up i just lost all of it not only one store but three store i order online it just all disappeared idk where d truck driver dropping it im for sure not in my place my address is correct too so something is wrong so fishy

Yes, you can go there. You can also go to Sam's Mail Call. It's over by Fashion Fair, across the street from Huong Lan Pho & Sandwiches. They are open Saturdays. The ship center on McKinley is not. Any UPS Store would work also.
Go to the main hub in Fresnio at the customer center with your ID and address they should help.
