Do NOT go here. While I’ve had good experiences with many UPS stores, NOT this one! I went in with a flash drive to print 2 b&w pages. Their copy machine was broken so the person at the counter when back to print from his computer. Then instead of an 18-cent purchase, they charged an extra $4 fee - without telling me ahead of time. And refused my request for a refund.

untrustworthy, avoid at all cost. The entire staff and management need to be replaced and or this location should be shut down. A black mark on the UPS brand

Amazon will show you a map of which locations you can return at. This location downtown Fresno on Van Ness you can return Amazon packages.
Yes, this location does take items unpacked. You just need to make sure you don't need the hazardous materials label if needed printed out with the other pages needed for your return. The staff here are quick working friendly, and respectful.
Yes...they will take it and make sure it is scanned and ready to go.
