I have made 3 phone calls to cancel one day of my 3 day stay. On each phone call the line was answered and then I was put on hold for 10 to 15 minutes before I hung up. How can I cancel that one day but keep the other 2 days. Who can help?

Go to their website. You could send an email request to be contacted on your cell phone and they will call you, I think.
