Clean room, quiet accommodations and extremely friendly staff. Kimbery was very engaging and an absolute jewel. Every staff member we encountered greeted us and/or asked if we needed anything. Breakfast choices were phenomenal, and the lady in charge was constantly out there making sure everyone was good and that there was plenty of food. The shuttle to downtown was a deal for $10/day. Will definitely stay here again on my next trip to Nashville.

After paying 250 for one night I expected it to be run better than the super 8. The side door didn't work and the person doing the breakfast was late so I had to go to work before it was ready. Don't waste your money on this place.

The hotel was satisfactory for our needs/ We really didn't spend much time at the hotel. We used digital check in with Hilton Honors app, so we didn't interact with the hotel staff with the exception of breakfast staff. Everything was clean and the breakfast was decent for a free breakfast. Coffee was not great, but overall our stay was pleasant.

Im not sure how there are good reviews here but my room appeared OLD and outdated, nasty carpet, wallpaper peeling, faucet handle was loose and barely worked, the bed was sunk in and the sheets were dirty upon arriving. They were happy to change the sheets but nothing could be done about the rest. I was unable to book it online so I called and they booked it saying it would be the same price. when checking out I got the bill nearly for $40 and they refused to honor the price this time AFTER THE STAY. Worst place I’ve stayed in a long time. AVOID this one!!!!
