Wow! What a surprisingly refreshing stay! I must admit I was not looking forward to spending the night at this hotel based on the reputation this hotel has had in previous years. However this hotel is hands down a extremely great value, the location is considered to be downtown however it is outside of the downtown proper area but close enough to walk. The updated rooms are very nice with very comfortable beds, and furnishings are updated and fresh. The non smoking room really is smoke free, with no remnants of any lingering stale odor. Housekeeping has been very nice always greeting with a smile. Last but not least, the employees at the front desk have remained very professional and accommodating since checking in. The first encounter with John, front desk personnel, is quite a remarkable employee. 'Thank you', specifically to this gentleman for the hospitable welcome and complete knowledge of all inquiries made. Manager, Irfen is doing everything right. Kudos! Don't waste money at another hotel, THIS IS where anyone will be pleased to spend money for lodging in Nashville

Positive: Great housekeeping staff. Nice pool to swim in during the day. Fairly large rooms although we liked our smaller room better as the bathroom was slightly bigger- big enough to not hit the toilet with the door when going in or out. Negative: Front desk staff were rude, the dryer wouldn¿t work to dry all of our clothing- one shift said they¿d tell the next shift- nobody told anyone; so we had ALL OF IUR LAUNDRY WASHED with no way to dry it.

I was so nervous after reading some of the reviews but think others were expecting a Taj Mahal! The hotel was amazing! 1) Great value for $. 2) Clean rooms with no odor and everything works. 3) Front desk very helpful and housekeeping was top notch. 4) Great location as I walked .9 miles to downtown each day. Highly recommend!

The room was perfect. I asked for handicap ♿ and it was set up great. The room phone was broken and I couldn't get a answer from my cell phone to the office. They have a Great breakfast, if you're one of the 300 guests staying there an dining room for 40. It's not a hotel when you only have access from your door to your vehicle.
