This location was just supposed to be a quick overnight layover to break up the trip home from a long vacation. We are a solid Hilton brand family, and we stayed at other "better" names in the Hilton brand for the rest of our vacation. When we arrived at this location, we were warmly greeted and welcomed into the nicest looking property of our entire trip. During the remainder of our short stay, we were not once disappointed. The next morning we were met with the best breakfast of our entire trip. On our way out, we experienced a proper checkout where the attendant confirmed details before checking us out. This hotel stands as exemplary proof that hospitality is not dead post-COVID. It is a true gem, and I'm definitely looking for an excuse to stay there again!

Beds are firm and comfortable. Check in was easy and the staff was friendly and informative. This location is 2 minute walk to the mall and restaurants. The Cheesecake factory was easy to walk to. Rosa took great care of my needs for my room. She was a pleasure to talk to and she always has a smile on her face. Great attitude from everyone here at this establishment. Breakfast was yummy! Bagels, toast or muffins... Cereal cold or oatmeal... Grits.. Eggs and meat. You can even make your own waffles. Not in the mood for any of that, ok have an apple or a banana or a yogurt. They have an open coffee and tea make it yourself. The tap water is good too.

Positive: The pictures don't do it justice. It has been renovated and is a nice hotel. Clean, neat, breakfast was good. The staff was really nice. Negative: Didn't like that my room was beside the elevator but that was all.

Hotel is well located on a quiet street, 15 - 20 minute drive from the airport, 15 minute drive to downtown, an a 10 minute drive to Belmont campus if you are going there for some reason. The staff - front desk and breakfast area - were amazingly friendly and helpful for a small change request we needed. We really appreciated the quick check-in and helpfulness of the team, especially during this period of lesser service availabilty. The room was neat and tidy, and the hot breakfast was both plentiful and delicious - eggs, sausage, make-your-own waffles, oatmeal, and plenty of cold options. The lobby and sitting area feel like a small lodge. Great two night stay for our family.
