The only reason I am giving a 2-star review is that the valet deserves some recognition for her exceptional customer service. Our stay was fine; however, upon leaving, we accidentally left behind some personal items. We called a couple days later when we discovered these items missing, as this hotel was the only location we had stopped at prior to reaching our final destination. I spoke to someone at the front desk, who told me that he would get in touch with the housing manager (not sure of official title), and would call me back. He did call me back to inform me that they could not locate our items. There is no doubt in our minds that we did, indeed, leave these items behind, so someone helped themselves to our property. Thankfully these items were neither expensive or held any sentimental value, but still upsetting knowing that our property was stolen from us. Just be aware that if you leave items behind, someone else might help themselves to your property. Also, if you have kids- the pool is incredibly small. It’s more of a lounge pool and not really intended for swimming.

Overall good experience, however the bar/restaurant was closed for remodeling. This was not shared when we made our reservations by phone. Rooms were clean and staff was very helpful including the valet service. Kudos go to the Cabana Boy/Bartender/DJ his outstanding skills were on point while we were poolside. Hotel management was also attentive in making sure all the guests were taken care of while poolside. Great location and within walking distance of Broadway St. Also Martin’s BBQ across the street was phenomenal.

This was great hotel in a great location. Only a few blocks/walking distance from all the action on Broadway St. Room was very nice, bed very comfortable, only negative was the sliding bathroom door...would not stay on its tract so pretty much had to leave it open. I also used the lounge for a business meeting and it is a very large and nice area. Had one lunch at the hotel and the smash burger was excellent. $45 parking is crazy, but it is the going rate, so you just have to deal with that if you drive. If we go to Nashville again, will definitely stay here again.

Loved this hotel! The complimentary breakfast is fancy, not your typical breakfast buffet. Rooms are really nice. Walk in shower was nice to have. Wasn’t a big fan of the barn door covering the bathroom because the door kept coming off the track & sliding too far over. nice touch for the theme of the room but it would be nice to have that adjusted for future guests. Staff was great! Location was amazing! Right downtown. Walking distance for most things. 100% recommended staying here!
