Once you get there you realize it’s a scam. They are remodeling, which is understandable, but the pictures and offer doesn’t say so; half the building is under construction, it’s dirty; no carpet; the pool was not available and the AC didn’t work properly. It was not a great experience, it didn’t look good and honestly it destroyed the whole purpose of my stay with my friends. I like receiving what I pay for. The lobby agent, at least was great. I get it, they’re remodeling, but They should be honest/transparent with what they offer and sell to people. I think it is highly illegal to scam people and it’s unethical and that leads to bad business and definitely bad reviews. I travel a lot and visit many hotels throughout the country and this is by far one of my worst experiences. Once again, I feel scammed.

Amazing kind staff helped me when I had an injury in the city. Best staff ever, kind helpful. I love them. Was there 9 days. Made a good trip. Excellent Continental breakfast waffles the works. Very conveniently located. There is presently construction outside & no pool but they did partner w another hotel so I could swim & gave transportation

The woman at the front desk when we came in was so sweet and helpful with getting arrangement for the shuttle and parking! Our room was ready and clean - the whole hotel seemed to be clean and orderly. At one point in the night the fire alarm went off, and the new person at the front desk apologized and got it fixed quickly! Overall an amazing place to stay, and right by the airport!

1/25/22 I absolutely was happy with my stay. It’s such a affordable stay for people who don’t want to spend $700 for 4 night stay in Nashville. The beds and pillows were very comfortable, the pressure of water in the shower was perfect, and the room temperature was nice and toasty. My room was clean throughly before my stay. I enjoyed the bagels and muffins they provided for breakfast. They have a small fitness center, dog park, and a outside pool. The location was great! I definitely will be back!
